extractor fan for loft bathroom ceiling??????????

can any1 tell me where i can get a extractor fan for over my shower in bathroom in my loft conversion....the external grille or other would be on the roof.All i have seen look sure to let wind and rain in.
i`ve looked at screwfix and such other places

looks like the ezi fix termination fit could be taken through a lead slate if its a tiled pitched roof.

Might be best to get a roofer to install the lead slate if you don't like working at hights.
