extractor fan for shower room

Hello = i have an 8m3 shower room - can anyone recomnend a ceiling mountable extractor fan that is not too noisy and doesnt stick out form the ceiling too much as lowish. I think I need about 100m3/ hour ectraction and there is 5m of flexi ducting to fresh air. Having real difficulty finding a fan to meet this spec.
