Extractor Fan in small office

I am thinking about getting the Silent 100 Design, looks quite nice, have a few of these already. What i have noticed though is that as it is a humidistat one they do tend to go off a fair bit which i think is what i need.

Not too sure how to power it though, i was just thinking about using the light feed, into an isolator switch and then into the unit but not too sure how possible this actually is. Hopefully easy.

No that is not what you need, the humidistat is only of use in a bathroom and kitchen to clear moisture. You need manual control, perhaps set up so it comes on when the light comes on. You might find even a PIR triggered one annoying, where it constantly comes on when you move, then goes off when you remain still. I would suggest you need either a constant whirl of the fan running in the background, or silence - so a manual switch.

Yeah i think that is a good call. I will take another look at the models available. I am thinking just a bog standard connected to the lights (via an isolator).
