Sorry, I know there have been man pots on this subject but I need clarification before progressing.
I have build a downstairs cloakroom by converting the back of my garage.
I have power to the room of the radial circuit into the garage. I have the lights running off a spur through a 5A FCU. Can I connect the fan from the bathroom light so both come on at the same time. I intend to put the fan inside the shower cubicle (Zone 1).
I have read about needing double pole isolation ???
Can you please advise based on the info I've provided
Thanks

its in th sticky how to wire it and so long as the fan as suitable yes.,

Just a thought, could I connect the fan to come on when the shower pullcord is on instead of the light pullcord? This would be when the fan was needed. So, shower pullcord to triple pole islating switch to fan....is this acceptable??????

You need Ban All Shed's super-duper fan-attached-to-shower-circuit diagram.

Is that in the Wiki?
