Extractor fan vent duct making a noise all the time in the ceiling

A tapping noise could be a flap in duct or external
If its an aluminium duct, they can make a racket. Probably need packing with quilt insullation.
Would it be silent if there is no wind blowing through
A constant rumbling noise
There could be a slight wind. I will soundproof the entire room. Then I don't need to work out what is causing the noise.
There is also a rumbling sound in the stairwell of the apartment building. It doesn't affect me, but I am curious to know what is causing it.
maybe it's the sound of the sea getting into the pipe and distorting the sound.

I tried to yodel down an overflow pipe while my mate was on the toilet. Unfortunately it was his dad sat there being busy. I'm still stressed about that and it was 48 years ago..
It's common for inline extractors to rumble it they are a 125mm size connecting to a 100mm pipe. I've seen that when a reducer was used creating a back pressure.
