Is it worth me getting an extractor fan fitted in the bathroom, as you can see there is a window that offers ventilation and only place the fan could go is basically right next to the window so am wondering if it is worth it or do you think the window does the job - it has a vent at the top and is normally locked slightly ajar?? The room is roughly 2m x 2m in size
Only thing is the other people in the house tend to have the bathroom door open when showering so some condensation obviously makes it into the house.
