Extractor Hood Light

Hi,

Info needed, i have a Hygena extractor hood (apl2114) and the bulb has blown, i've replaced the bulb but it doesn't come on. The extractor still works and i'm presuming both the extractor fan and the light run off the same fuse. Confused!!!!!

Not really good with electrics so any info would be much appreciated.

There may be a separate switch for the light!!!!!!!!!!!1

Just in case. Is the filament OK in the new bulb and is it fully screwed in.
