eyeball light -no earth connection

On the note of earthing, i have bought a double insulated mains eyeball lamp, which of course states it should not be earthed. What should I do with the earth wire currently attached to the rose (this is a juntion box lighting system- so one set of wires)

Can I just tape it up ?

generally the preffered way of dealing with this issue is to put the earth in a peice of terminal block
