Fagor Oven FSO1700X Too Hot

As above.... doesn't matter what the temp it is set to it keeps getting hotter. When the temp button is held, it indicates the actual temperature, so that sensor seems OK. Does anyone know if this is the same sensor that is used for control? I'm wondering if there is a stuck/fused relay, but the overheating happens regardless of whether main heat or bottom heat is selected. Does anyone know where I might get a circuit diagram?

Google for manual, but as you suggest relay issues. Follow wires from ON heater to control pcb and relay. Should be easy and relay, may even have overheated / melted making visual identification easier.

RS or Farnell for compoments.
