Hi,
We have a Worcester Bosch 30CDi combi, about 6 years old.
The problem is this:
The CH is on, we then run a hot tap. Once the hot tap is turned off, the boiler temp starts getting hotter and hotter (up into the 90's if we let it) without the rads getting any hotter -- in fact they cool down as there's no hot water being pumped through them (no audible water-flow noise through the pipes).
If we power-cycle the boiler then the CH pump starts up and the boiler temp rapidly cools down, and then the rads start to warm up again. Although we can live with it, it's a real PITA and I'm concerned that power-cycling the boiler too often may not do it any good in the long term.
Any ideas as to what's going on or what parts need replacing?
Thanks in advance for any input!
