Any body have any expierience with fitting & use of Fakro rooflights & the low pitch flashing kits they sell?

I have a 12 degree pitch roof (due to depth of extension & Bedroom window above), have 3 rooflights being fitted:

Normally roof lights only work at 15 degrees minimum, so using a Fakro special low pitch flashing:

Would like to know if anybody has used Fakro roof lights and this flashing before? Any reviews most appreciated.

Thanks

We fitted a 1800mm roof light onto a 10° roof with this kit. It is o.k. to fit and works fine. It does not look out of place from the outside either.

Morning,

I would be keen to see how you got on as I also have the same predicament.

We are using the Forticrete Centurion tile as our pitch is around 11degrees but didn't want to use their small expensive windows. I have done some research and I am also looking at the facro flashing kit and window, so any advice would be much appreciated.

Many thanks.

The extension has been finished for 3 years. We have used Forticrete Centurion. Our roof light is 1800 x 780 with electric opener and shutter. No problem so far. The only condition by BC was to double rafter the window.
