I have a Fan oven which needs a new element. oven was working fine up to 175 degrees and understood my problem to be the fan element. ordered the right element, received element tried to fit elelement to discover that the clips keeping the element circular were too big .....could not put the fan cover back on inside the oven. reveresed all of my work and put the old element back in to discover now that when I turn on the oven the fan does not turn and the element does not heat up.
Any ideas as to what my problem might be ?
