due to not engaging my brain & mouth at the same time (unusual for me:))

I made a comment or post were bye I suggested , implied or accused Noseall of tax avoidance.

I have no evidence of any such activity and there fore I should not have made any such comment.

I there fore aplogise to Noseall unreservedly for that comment. It is or was not acceptable & I should not have said it.

Thank you for your time.

Kind regards Transam.

What is the problem?

He would be extremely stupid NOT to avoid paying tax he does not have to by claiming all legitimate allowances.

Is he upset with you transam for implying that he is not stupid?

He's probably just not used to that.

fed up with me telling lies.

2nd time I have apologised to him as well

If you run a company it is pretty much your duty to avoid as much tax as you legally can in order to maximise profits. Some/many may find this morally reprehensible but it is quite legal.

As to whether noseall avoids tax, I have no idea.

Speaking of tax... it's VAT payment time... Damn!

That makes you more of a man than he is.
Only if arse end makes an understandable mistake.
However when he spouts off on his fantasy lies, as if he has no moral conscience, then he should expect to have to apologise multiple times to multiple people. Or learn to keep quiet.
Lack of Conscience
Definition
Lack of Conscience - Individuals who suffer from Personality Disorders are often preoccupied with their own agendas, sometimes to the exclusion of the needs and concerns of others. This is sometimes interpreted by others as a lack of moral conscience.

If you run a company it is pretty much your duty to avoid as much tax as you legally can in order to maximise profits.
And if you run a country, it is your duty to collect all the tax you legally can in order to maximise public services to your citizens.

For example, it would be wrong to allow the boss of the Daily Mail to get away without paying any UK tax, although he was British born and educated, has his country estate and his mansion here, and a business based here, and a newspaper produced here and sold here.

Did I say "would be wrong?"

I meant, of course "is wrong."

Even though he is a great chum of the Conservatives. Which might be completely unconnected

Or it might not.

If you were running a country, where should you concentrate your efforts, in order to gain the most benefit?

Because it takes a lot of individual benefit claims to defraud £1.2 billion, and a lot fewer to defraud £70 billion via tax evasion?

You may think it morally wrong but if he is applying the rules, purposely made to allow the wealthy to do such things, then legally it is not fraud nor evasion as quoted in your subsequent thread.

Blame those who made the rules and not those who take advantage of them.

Do you expect them to just make voluntary contributions to the exchequer?

Him again this may be of help ??

The Turtle Wax company was founded by Benjamin Hirsch in Chicago in 1941,its current head quarters are in Addison illinois

his 1st car wax was called Plastone. He then changed the name to "Turtle Wax" The term "Turtle" was to create the association with a turtles hard shell.

note the term " create an association" with a turtles hard shell.

The clue to your previous issue (?) is in the word "create" there are no turtle parts used.

Hope this helps .:?::?: :)
