Hi All

I’ve got some areas of peeling/delamination to my fascia board on one elevation. What is the best method of repairing this? See photos.

Nothing you can do but to replace the plywood. I have normal wood, presumably pressure treated. This lasts forever even after some leaks. I don't think plywood should be used for the fascia.

The wrong material has been used. Ply wood shouldn't haven't be used for this, because the moisture gets between the plys.

There's no real point in trying to repair that lot - it needs replacing with proper fascia board.
