Fast Preparation, painting Satinwood

Hi, I need to paint Satinwood over Satinwood on some window frames and don't want to sand them first ... they are in good condition.
Can I just wash them with a kitchen sponge using the abbrasive side of the sponge and then rub them down with alcohol ?
Is that sufficient to key in the new coats ?
Don't want to fill my flat with dust.

Use very fine wet and dry to make the key for your top coat. By wetting the frame keeps dust to a minimum and helps to create a smoother surface to paint. You only need to rub very lightly. Wipe off with a cloth wait till fully dry and paint.
