I have a Honeywell ST499 where the time display has gone faulty - it shows things like the time being 7:96 am. I have two questions.
(1) can someone advise me how to get it off the wall (it's in an awkward place in the airing cupboard)? I thought it would be the same as the ST699 - held on by clips top and bottom - but it doesn't seem to be and it's not obvious how to take it off.
(2) if I can't fix it or replace it with the same model what is the new model that replaces it.
