faulty trv ?

Hi, I have a radiator that has just started to not get hot, tried setting trv to max but still same. Gets hot maybe 20% of time, took cover off trv and pin is in up position and moves up and down ok with quite firm press.
Any help appreciated

Check out system balancing. If you shut the rads that are working, does it then work?
