faulty under floor heating

ONE OF MY COSTUMER HAS A PROBLEM WITH HIS UFH. AFTER 2-3 HOURS OF RUNNING UFH STARTS TO LEAK FROM BALANCING VALVES, EXACTLY FROM PLASTIC CAPS WHERE IS RATED L PER MIN. i TRIED TO PUT SOME LOCK TIGHT ON THE PLASTIC THREAD, IT DOSEN'T WORK, STILL IS LEAKING ALL OF THEM, JUST 3. i WILL BE HAPPY WITH SOME IDEAS

Make model and poss a pic of the unit. What is the pressure and temp of the circuit. Is there flow through the loops?

The UFH has no temperature indicator either pressure indicator. I reckon the UFH manifold is made by Reliance. There is flow, it gets warm very well. The problem is just the boiler starts loosing pressure because of leak.
