FCU HEIGHT.

I am fitting a cooker hood and need to know what is the "normal" height for the FCU that feeds it.

I have put it above the hood at the moment but think it may look better below it. Obviously I will have to bear in mind the gas hob.

above the upper cabinet to the left or right and run the flex through a buried conduit to the center of the chimney bit.. ( or chased into the wall behind the tiles etc..)

Above the worktop, at least 300mm to the side of the hob more if possible
