We have a flat , felt roof over a utility room .
Its quite small , (3 metres by 4 metres), and has been in place for 15 years .
It does not leak , but cracks are appearing where folded at the edges of the roof .
How do I find a good roofer (in the Midlands), and are there any newer materials instead of felt ?
