if you mean the stuff that comes in rolls then youre best bet is to put up a frame of 75 x 75 posts, with 3 horizontal rails running between each post. This will allow you to get a decent fixing for the screening and will stop it sagging etc. Best way to fix it to the timber is with staples from an air/electric stapler.
if your fixing it against a wall etc then run some roofing battens along it.
