Fence posts with wall around patio

We’re about to undertake a job in our garden where we will be extending the patio and fencing the entire garden. We are planning on concrete posts, 300mm gravel boards and 5ft panels. The patio sits lower than the garden so we would but putting a wall around it much like the existing layout. My question is how to integrate the concrete posts with the wall. We would like the gravel boards on top of the patio wall to give a uniformed look/border around the entire garden.

I have added a couple of pics to show the existing wall which would be similar to what we’ll be putting in and also where the new wall would go.

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciate.
