can anybody help me i went away for a couole of days and left my 18 year old to look after the house unfortunately she left the hot water tap running for over 24 hours now i cant fill the combi boiler up

Anybody would have advised you not to leave an 18 y.o. in charge of a house!
You are lucky she did not have a massive party and wreck everything.
Look in the FAQ for details of filling loop to top up the pressure.
To be exact, leaving the boiler on DHW for 24 hours would not cause the pressure to go down unless there is a boiler fault. Probably daddy did not check it lately.
