ferolli modena 102 bolier isnt workin properly

I have a ferolli modena 102 boiler i have just had the mother board changed however the boiler comes on then switches off, if its when the central heating is on the light stays on the radiator sign if its when the water is on the light stays on the tap sign what could this be. If its playing up i cannot get any heating or hot water
