FERROLI F24 - HEATING PROBLEM - HELP NEEDED

Hi
i have a ferroli f24 and the heating comes on for about a hour or so and then cuts out, also when the hot water tap is opened the heating cuts out and then needs reset before it comes on again.
any suggestions where the problem could be ...?
