Ferroli Modena 102 won't come on please help !!!!

hi,

boiler has gone off and only light that is comming on is the electric power supply showing permanent.

I have topped boiler upto 1.5 to 2 bar which i was instructed, however non of the other lights have came on.

I dont understand the automatic electronic ignition, can not get boiler to come on

Please help I'm freezing

Have you tried the "soft" reset ,turn boiler to off, then go just past the off position till you feel resistance. Turn boiler back on,see what happens?

Is the hot water off as well??
