Advice needed please.
The above boiler is 5 yrs old and has behaved well up to now. It has been through 2 clocks (I now do without) but I now have the following problems.
Hot water comes from all hot taps on demand and pumps 4 litres per min. However when you draw cold, even a modest amount, the boiler clicks to standby mode and the CH standby light (led4) flashes. You turn off cold or reduce it to a minimum the HW fires up again. It is okay if you just want hot water but with the mixer shower it cycles on and off. There is tons of cold water pressure but turn the cold on full you will only get 2 litres of 'cold' from the hot tap. I have checked the flow control sensor spins freely and the filter is clean. I have also changed the HW sensor.The central heating works from a room stat that is currently set low but will fire up the heating no problem when higher temp selected as normal.
