Ferroli Modena 102

My Ferroli boiler which I have had and worked perfectly for 4 years has just started emptying. It does not happen all the time. But frequently I come home and find the pressure is at 0 and I need to fill it back up. Then it works fine for a couple of days and then I come home and find it at 0 again.

Any ideas?

Could be the PRV or the expansion vessel, check to see if the pressure rises before the pressure loss,check the PRV pipe see if it,s leaking water.

fill up and check if it rises to above 3bar.expansion vessel on the back of the 102 (off the wall shot).as said check the prv (manifold type) can be a pain to change if not much room below the boiler
