anyone out there heard of a ferroli falcon combi, no gas council number on data badge, customer hasnt got service manual,

Yes they're usually badged as though the maker is "FER". Popular with independent merchants. They seem to be OK in a Ferroli sort of way. Use the Ferroli tech help line which is good.
Is the problem in the fan/air switch dept?

air pressure switch changed by previous engineer, suspect pcbor thermistors as it goes to lock out without even trying to ignite,a manual would be useful but i think i will wait till monday and talk to technical thanks anyhow,
