How do everyone. I am Hoping to Board, Insulate and Plasterboard the accessible space in my loft but have a few Q's... First is about my insulation. I am going to be insulations as much as the roof as i can access, I cannot get down to my eaves so wont be doing them i will Plasterboard them of. I bought a few Rolls of Space Blanket not long ago, But since them i found something else. My 1st Question is, Which of these 2 Insulations is best to put between my rafters? or are they just as good as each other?

2nd Question is short, I will be Plasterboarding of the eaves and over the insulation and wondering..How do i acheive an air gap so i don't get Condensation?
