Anyone having problems with this tool supplier?
I ordered a couple of thing 2 weeks ago with a supposed delivery date of 2/3 days.
Been on the phone 3 times now, once for an hour! without getting to speak to anyone.

did you pay by Credit Card. Not sure how administration works regards the order of getting your money back
various claims you may have to make Section 75 (i think it needs to be over £100 from a credit card comapny )

I ordered a few blades .... Less than £40 so no big loss.
