file unzip/

hi, ive downloaded a file from -pocketgpsworld.com, to get the speed cameras etc/ ive got it in my temp files, the forum instructions say i need to unzip it to get the files inside it. but right click drop down menu does not give a -unzip ? would it be the same thing if i -extracted- the files ?

thanks for reply, but as it said to unzip it/ i just wasnt sure it would do what it was supposed to at the end package , so to speak. regards. r.r.
