Filing a gap in a tiled wall.

Hello,
I am new to this forum. Please tell me if my query should be posted elsewhere.
I wish to replace the radiator in my bathroom with a heated towel rail.
The radiator is attached to the wall with two long supports - when I remove the radiator, I am left with two white gashes in my pink tiled wall.
I can't hide the cashes behind the new rail and I am not able to retile the wall.
Can anyone recommend other ways to hide or cover the gaps?

Fill with white grout add a little pink paint, to try match tiles.
