Filing Holes

Hi Folks,

We recently removed a roof that was erected at the side of our house, by the previous owner. This has left quiet a few large deep holes from where the roof was bolted to the side of the house.

What is the best way to fill these?
Example of the kind of holes I am talking about is below.
