Filling a bath with combi and mains cold using 15mm pipes

Hey guys,

Would running 15mm pipes carrying combi hot (valiant ecotec plus 31) and mains cold into an off the wall bath tap (thermostatic bath mixer - mono bloc?) result in a big loss of water volume for filling a bath?

The pipe run from boiler to bath is about 8 metres.

I think the taps come in 3/4 inlet as well as 1/2

probably not, you don't get much flow from a combi especially for bath filling.
