Filling a ground floor suspended timber floor

Hey guys,

After resolving a damp issue down the side of my house which has caused rotten floor joists, I've decided to concrete fill the floor ready for tiles.

Now my question is, with my house having solid brick walls with no cavity am I still okay using standard hardcore and cement or does it have to be lime based materials for breathability?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
