Filling a hole in some plastic - need a perfect colour match, etc

Could you cut off some plastic from the inside of the device (same colour), and use a soldering iron to melt it into the hole? You could then sand-polish it to look like the surroundings... make sure to mask off areas you don't wanna sand.

You could put aN LED through the hole, or use a blanking plug.
Or get a PAT label and stick it on it lol

Any attempts at filling etc are going to be visible and will likely stand out a mile.
