I have a cavity wall that is uninsulated. It is a one story extension. Part of the extension has a roof and the rest is a flat roof. I have access to the wall via a scuttle hole. There is no way I can slip boards up there but loose cellulose would be a quick and easy fix. Is this a workable solution ?
