my house is rendered and painted. i have a convervatory that is about 20 years old and has moved slightly over time one side has dropped away from the house and has a cm gap, i have had this looked at and im advised this will not move any longer but can you please advise whats best to fill this gap that can be over painted with sandtex, i was thinking about an expandable filler?many thanks
