Hi there,
Just need some help and advice... I had a radiator taken off for plastering the wall and boilers pressure dropped. I tried the filling look but it won’t pressurise. Is there another way I can pressurise it? I remember last time I had my boiler fixed the plumber said it was a different way of doing it but I can’t remember what it was. I’ve attached a photo. Thanks in advance

Which one are you turning? It should be the left one (I’ve highlighted in blue) away from you. FYI would have been better in plumbing sub-forum.

It’s actually the one on the right the other one doesn’t budge! I’ve done it before and it worked but not this time

The one on the right is already open. If it doesn’t move, then try removing the plastic lever, and turn with a spanner.

Well if all that doesn’t work, then you need a gas engineer or a new filling loop, be it like for like or external one.
