Finding English speaking electrician in France

Here's the problem

I live in Oz, mother in law lives in Sete, France so I can't help with electrical work that she needs doing

Can any one help with finding

a - english electrician or handyman that may have moved there, or
b - french tradesman that can speak english, or
c - other forums links that might help.
