finishing of projector housing ideas

Hi,

It's been nearly 7 months since I've moved into my new house , it took me nearly 2 months to refurbish the house but since I've moved in I've been a bit lazy in finishing off the odd snags here and there. One thing that started to bug me is I built a projector housing above my chimney breast out of mdf , the recessed area where my projector screen sits into looks unfinished , I could well paint it, but I was wondering if i could get a metal trim from some where to finish it off. If you have a look at the photos you will see what I mean.

Any ideas will be grateful.

Sprung hinged cover of pvc or painted mdf.?

I would just paint it, but most diy shops will have various trims

Why not just do a pelmet?

I'm going to try out the moldings, and see how that goes. If that fails I will end up painting it. Thanks SCBK for the link.
