I have had a dormer window built but am having problems with the builder turning up to finish the work and was going to finish it my self as there isn't a lot more to do

Everything has been buiilt with the window in, tiles on felt on etc except for finishing around the window. The vertical tiles fixed onto the battens leave a gap (as shown in the photos) around the window which obviously need to be filled.

The problem is I am not sure whether we should be lead flashing them in, using UPVC corner edge bead or maybe gettting a mix of sand/cement to try to point it. Or some other scenario!

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Not sure what you can do there that won't be a compromise. There really should have been boards fitted into the reveals with the slates butting up to them or suitable profiles fixed before the battens were fitted.
A black uPVC corner trim siliconed in might be your best bet
