i'm trying to finish walls on a boat. Have already removed the old wallpaper. need suggestions to reappy. Special wallpaper? special adhesive?

Doesnt have to be anything special...but I would go for something washable like a vinyl.

If it gets steamy in the area use a ready mixed adhesive.
