Fire doors

Lordy lord if the BCO wants it just do it it's not worth fighting over.
A fire grade hinge is about 3 quid and it would take someone ten minutes to fit it. We are talking basic handyman territory here, how many doors are we talking, Buckingham palace or something.

There is always the option to say "Do one". At the end of the job is as good a time as any.
