Never witnessed it myself, I have worked with all nationalities and religions in it and never had any issues as such reported other than people taking the mick which was light hearted banter.

It didn't upset me, I'm not going to go and report it, I just think it has no place here. I'm not upset by the dreadful things that Johnny2007 writes, I just think they demean him, all those who thank him for them, and the forum as a whole.

I never heard of anyone feeling that they had to report anything. As far as I am concerned it doesnt happen. But I suppose it is the same as anywhere, nowadays peoples feelings are different

Not common at all, although the women have harrassed me on a fair amount of times. I didn't feel the need to go and complain.

The army does not have a policy of giving out written warnings or dismissal for anything like this or we wouldn't have an army left. Banter is rife in the army and is expected. If you put a complaint in against someone you were more likely to be made to run around the parade square with your rifle held over your head in your underware than to get a warning. It would have to be very serious for anything to escalate.

yes, that'll be why female soldiers who have been sexually abused by people in power over them have their complaints swept under the carpet.

Have you heard of a very infrequent event? Not many will have witnessed it either. Bullying yes most definately, it goes with the territory, especially in training that is part of the discipline of the training. it is known as character building in the army.
