Is fireline plasterboard (pink paper), classed as non combustible?

It has a fire rating, but not sure what you mean by 'non combustible'

We've tried burning normal plasterboard, never mind fireline & it doesn't burn. We had a big skip at work & figured once it got burning all the wood & other stuff we were throwing in there all day, it'd be hot enough to get rid of a few broken pieces of plasterboard. Nope, not even close.
Needs to get pretty hot to burn that stuff.
