Hello, I have just found this forum and not sure if I am using it correctly. I have a potterton Prima 50 and the pilot light won't come on. I've read the advice on this sit and tried to push the reset button. but if feels wobbly and loose. Any advice please? Please note that I am an idiot and do not wish to attempt anything more than pushing a button.

Is it the reset button for the thermal cut out you are trying to press.
If the pilot light goes out, the procedure is to reignite using the pilot ignition.
The details of this will be found in the user manual and is often found on the drop down cover of the boiler.
