I haven't had a day off in 4 years.
You get no reward for it so I've often considered whether I should pull a sicky.
Especially when others are having days off when they're not ill and days off 'cos they've been drinking the night before.

Some public service workers (tax payer funded) can have back holidays if they claim sickness while on leave.
