I've just fitted a 3 port motorised valve, however when turning on the hot water & C/heating it's not calling the boiler to fire up. Wiring is all okay and put back exactly as before. Any suggestions please.

are you sure? what have you checked to make sure the wiring is ok? if you check in sequence from programmer to boiler using a multimeter it should be easy to find the problem.

Yes wiring is fine. The boiler has started but cuts out, sounds like I should be bleeding something??

seems like you have gone as far as you should steve, if the boiler is firing and cutting out shortly after it sounds like it is overheating. bite the bullet and call a registered engineer mate, he'll prob sort the prob fairly quick for you.

Do you have a sealed or open system?
Is the system full of water AND bled of air?
